12. Why did this course apply to your special needs?
  • Being responsible for maths throughout school, teaching maths from a wider point of view, to get more ideas to teach maths in a new and more motivating way
  • it gives me the necessary tools to develop the conscience of the European citizen in the pupils based upon their own identity, I will be better prepared to win the learning challenges of Maths andEuro maths as well as the advantages of Internet usage
  • in Portugal the results in Mathematics are in the bottom. Therefore all the teachers need to use other issues and get new ideas how to motivate the pupils
  • First I have the plans to do my lesson in English, I am interested by this course to improve my English language and of course to have a reflection about Mathematics and the application of the Euro
  • I teach in a Specialist Language College and wish to increase the International Dimension in my departmentïs teaching. I has also enabled me to make contacts in other countries with a view to making links for pupils to use and also facilitate the sharing of data.
  • I wanted to hear something about using the Euro in Mathematics, I was interested in European citizenship, I was interested in the different ways of teaching in Primary school.
  • the course apply to analyse and to discover new strategies in the maths teaching, thinking in the improvement of the pupils success in this area; it improved the knowledge about oral and hand written English, and it contributed the using of new technologies in different curricula areas.
